Heartstopper Book Reveiw

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I have just been very busy!

TW- self ham, eating disorders.
Some potential spoilers!

Today I am going to give you a review based on the heartstopper books by Alice Oseman I have just finished reading.

Heartstopper is a series of 4 books written by author Alice Oseman. The book is based on two boys who fall in love and covers endless important topics for teens to learn about and understand. The books consist of a variety of LGBTQ+ characters. One of these characters are figuring out there sexuality, One is struggling to accept it. One character struggles with self harm and an eating disorder and there is also some hidden topics too.

Heartstopper  is a great book to help teens accept their identities but also it is just a great read in general.

They are quick books which only took me an hour to read each. I also liked the fact it was a comic which made it easier to read and I found that I engaged more with the book this way.

Overall, this is a great book and I would absolutely recommend for everyone!

Thanks for reading! xx
